Established 2015, R Judd Wealth Management, LLC is an Austin, Texas based boutique wealth management firm specializing in providing goal-oriented solutions to individuals, institutions, foundations and endowments throughout the United States of America. We provide discretionary investment management, financial planning, and asset protection services tailored to our client’s specific needs. Our goal is to provide financial peace of mind.
RJWM draws on the resources of our parent company and affiliate, Titleist Asset Management, Ltd., a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and independent full-service brokerage firm headquartered in San Antonio, Texas with offices in Austin and Houston. Working with an independent broker/dealer allows R Judd Wealth Management to provide our clients greater access to products and services without the biases that come from working with the major wirehouses or proprietary products.

RJWM views all financial matters from our client’s perspective. This level of empathetic understanding is critical to our ability to provide clients appropriate solutions. We prepare and implement customized plans which will often integrate financial planning, investment management, estate planning, and asset protection strategies.
As a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), we are also a fiduciary, so we are held to the highest ethical standards, requiring that we always act in the best interests of our clients. There is no higher standard of care in our industry that eclipses the fiduciary standard. Broker/dealers and their agents (employees of brokerage firms) are not held to a fiduciary standard which can create numerous conflicts of interest. And since we’re independent we don’t use proprietary products, so we are free to implement the best solutions from a wide variety of investment and advisory options.
About Rich Judd
Rich is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL®) with over 22 years of experience providing investment and financial planning advice to high net worth individuals and institutions.
Rich started his career with Morgan Stanley in Westlake, Ohio and later transitioned to Charles Schwab & Co. in Beachwood, Ohio where he was consistently one of the top financial advisors in the tri-state region. His early success led to competing opportunities to become Schwab’s Private Client Representative in the Park Cities office in Dallas, Texas or a Senior Financial Planner and Relationship Manager at a large RIA firm in Austin, Texas. He chose the Austin based RIA firm where for 10 years he was responsible for over $500 million in client assets. In 2015, Rich founded R Judd Wealth Management (RJWM) to focus on providing clients comprehensive, goal-oriented financial planning and investment management solutions. Rich also serves as the Director of Financial Planning for Titleist Asset Management, Ltd., RJWM’s affiliate. He is a member of The Financial Planning Association, both nationally and with the Austin chapter, and is insurance licensed in the areas of Life, Accident, Health and HMO in the state of Texas and various other states.
Rich grew up in northeastern Ohio where he attended The College of Wooster, earning a BA in Economics. While at Wooster, he received a grade of Honors for writing and verbally defending his 110 page Independent Study thesis titled, “The Effects of Stock Splits on Firm Value.” He was also a four-year starting quarterback for Wooster‘s football team leading them to their highest national ranking in school history. In 2013, Rich was inducted into the W Association Hall of Fame after breaking every significant school record for passing during his prolific career.
Rich and his wife of 18 years live in Austin, Texas and have two beautiful children. Rich enjoys spending his free time with his family. He is also an experienced commercial pilot with a passion for aviation. He takes great satisfaction volunteering with Angel Flight South Central, an organization where pilots donate their time, skills, aircraft, and money to provide free transportation for patients in need of critical medical treatment unavailable to them locally.
